Q.1 Personnel Department is responsible for selection, placement and training activities in an organization. You are required to visit personnel department of any reputable organization near your home town, study their recruitment procedure and enumerate in your own words. (20)
Q.2 Describe your understanding about financial planning? How important is financial planning for business organizations? (20)
Q.3 Visit a nearby factory and carefully see its shops and departments. On completion of your visit draw a list of fixed assets notice by you in the factory. (20)
